Question is, will this be like Dragon Ball Kai (filler mostly cut but same material) or like Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (reanimated to closely follow the manga)?

Either way, STOKED.  Especially if there’s a chance of a redub like DBZ got with Kai. *fingers crossed*
