Roger Slifer passed away yesterday apparently - he was the producer for the first season of the yugioh dub. RIP.
Roger Slifer was the co-producer of the 1st season Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters (English Dub). Unfortunately, back in June 2012, a hit him and he was seriously injured.
On June 23, 2012, Slifer was hit by a car while walking near his home in Santa Monica, California. The driver fled the scene and was never found, leaving Slifer seriously injured which necessitated being put into an induced coma because of head trauma.
