I get "video failed to convert" errors in Firefox and desktop Chrome, but the video loads in Chrome on my Android phone.

So, it is working on phones… I use Dolphin on mine and it worked, and so did the rest of my uploads for it.  I was thinking it might be a cookie issue on desktop Chrome (I also tried Firefox and nothing) since I was logged in, but I guess not.  This is so weird aghhh
