I won’t be using Livestream this week. Instead, I’ll be using another service. It’s just for this week as a test run, though. I can’t guarantee I’ll ever use this again for my weekly streams. Also, don’t bother saving the link because I’m just going to change it after the stream is done. This stream is private and will remain private. Without the link, you can’t get in and when I change the URL, the previous one will not work.

Also take a copy of The Activists’ Handbook by Aidan Ricketts which is an incredible book and a great stater for anyone who is brand new to practical activism and needs a helping hand on how to start in a safe, responsible and practical way

Okay I posted a poll on my Twitter about this, but I’m opening it up to any of my followers who doesn’t have a/doesn’t use Twitter. (and I’ll be reblogging this several times throughout the week)

I just created a blog on WordPress. It’s under huge construction right now, but the goal is for it to be exclusively anime and my thoughts about certain anime or events relating to anime. The only difference between that blog and say my tumblr or twitter is that my thoughts will be more coherent and there will be a lot less swearing. 

Reason for that being … it’s actually a birthday/Christmas present for my mom (her birthday’s on Christmas) since she wanted me to write a blog about anything I wanted, and well. If I have the opportunity to educate people about anime, I will do it.

But, considering it’s a blog about anime, I actually want more people than just my mom to read it … 

So would anyone actually be interested in keeping up with this blog? I’ll give the link if enough people are interested. 

Just leave me a comment or shoot me a message either through the chat system or in my inbox if you’d be interested. I’ll be gauging interest up until Saturday. Thanks in advance, pals!

some people have been asking if kissanime has always been a phishing site all along, and the answer is no.

to clarify some things, kissanime.io is a hoax, a copier of the real kissanime site. the real site is kissanime.to, hence the different domains. kissanime.to will mostly be back up soon, as the people behind it are currently trying to fix their servers because they were overloaded.

i repeat, kissanime.io is a fake and it’s a phishing site. kissanime.to is the real website, but it’s currently down right now. please have some patience while they’re trying to clear their servers up.

meanwhile, please find other alternate sites if you want to watch anime. and especially support legal sites like crunchyroll and daisuki if you can!!

there was a 15 year old pakistani boy who was beaten half to death with a baseball bat by two white men in ontario, canada not far from where i go to uni and he had to crawl home and was in surgery for days for his cracked skull and several other injuries and is experiencing serious issues with memory and motor skills now. i literally can’t stop crying because he’s just a kid and when he finally did make it home, he lied to his parents that he “just fell” because he didn’t want to worry them and that’s literally tearing me up inside that this boy was so severely beaten that he almost died and still his foremost concern was not worrying his parents. no one deserves to be attacked like this, but the more i learn about him and how shy and quiet and inward of a kid he is it just fills me with the utmost rage that someone could do this to such a harmless, innocent, completely defenceless kid. idk how demonic these two white men had to be that they could beat anyone, let alone a child, so savagely 

Noah Rabbani is an incredible, thoughtful, extremely intelligent and talented young guy. He and his family will have to pocket a lot of the expenses that are not covered by public health insurance for learning aids, physiotherapy and other recovery related costs. please donate to his parents and keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
