Judai had to pause in the middle of his scolding Manjoume to question the sense in pretending to be weak and concluded that Manjoume should prove how strong he really is. Judai probably believes Manjoume will win, too, he knows how strong he has become and has a great deal of faith him. (And Manjoume has a great deal of trust in Judai too since he came to Judai for help.)
