Just finished episode 60, and man, I wish we had got a few episodes of Asuka, Kenzan, Misawa and Sho dueling to protect the Red Dorm while Judai was out of sorts. I also just realized that Brown Warrior is meant to be the uncursed form of Panther Warrior, isn't it? And I'll never be over Ayukawa-sensei stanning Fubuki. XD (honestly? Same, lol)
Yeah, that could’ve played out interestingly, but as Napoleon’s said about him, Chronos is a bit too lax about trying to take the Red dorm down–and he’ll abandon the plan soon, too, since we know how much he actually likes his students, lol. I guess Napoleon getting an army together (heh) to try and do it despite Chronos dropping the plan maybe could’ve led to that happening, but I don’t know who would’ve joined him. 😅
And I didn’t think about it but I guess that makes sense; Fubuki describes Panther Warrior’s curse (sacrificing a Monster to attack) as the necessary shadow to give up in exchange for the spotlight, and Brown Warrior boosting other Monsters’ ATK is sorta the opposite by elevating them. 🤔

Actually just had it clarified with a higher-resolution screenshot and it looks like you were close–it was actually 不穏な! (Kanji radicals are fun) Thank you for the suggestion, though!

I noticed that too, and I just noticed they uploaded GX OP1 textless this morning, too. Possible, since they’re almost done with the DM subs, right? Seems odd of them to be uploading the textless videos, but hey, I guess it’s something lol. Be nice if they uploaded some of those alternate versions we never got textless 🤔

[EDIT: Been informed by @authoratmidnight and @chancellorxofxtrash that the comment thing is likely due to YouTube being dumb with its “for kids” setting due to COPPA. Come to think of it, I think I do remember noticing comments first being turned off on their videos around the time that happened…]

Or you might’ve been looking at an older reblog of the post that had a broken link; always make sure to check the original post in case links are fixed~

Yeah, the torrent’s kinda dead now, and it’s not quite up to date. I’ve put the subs up on the NeoArkCradle forum in their Download Sub-Forum, and I’ve been sharing my recently finalized Season 1+ subs there. (I need to finally post finalized!47 though lol.) I forget if you need to register first in order to access it nowadays, but it’s a nice place to hang out~

Have you ever considered subbing your favorite episode or duel from each Yugioh series? It would be neat to get a taste of what your subbing style for each series would be like!
A Duel Selection but for my subbing, eh? …you’re actually kinda tempting me there, haha. And I have already put in some work for ARC-V…
I think it’d be an interesting idea, though! Just need to get a few things off my plate first 😅

Hi! This is random but have you seen the VRAINS dub yet and if so, what did you think? I've always preferred YGO subbed but I was honestly really impressed (I went to see the re-release of Pyramid of Light last night and they showed episode 1 afterwards!) All the voices fit the characters well, no one has a pointless accent, the dialogue works and doesn't feel forced. I even enjoyed the score. Anyway, just curious! I'm keeping my fingers crossed they don't screw this one up. :)
Heya! I did, I went to the theater yesterday to check it out lol. Fun fact: pretty much all but four of the 15 people in my theater left during PoL’s credits, and one left a minute into VRAINS; I blame the theater since most people seem to have gotten a little notice either before/after PoL about the VRAINS preview but we didn’t lol.
Anywho, I posted a compilation of livetweets I did about it here! I’ll have some more in-depth thoughts when I give it a good side-by-side comparison sometime soon. I did like most of the voices, except for Spectre who sounds a bit snakier than I’d like compared to his JP voice.

Yep, I post my hardsubs and the soft-sub releases over on NAC in a thread I run in the Download Forum’s GX section (you’ll have to register to be able to get them), softsubs here being the DVDRip and script to be placed in the same folder as it. For the episodes I haven’t finalized yet but are timed to missing TV rips–and I mention this in the first post of that thread–check out the DVD raw thread by RenRei00, where my scripts have been retimed to those DVD raws.
