This is the most this kid has spoken in a whole episode.
I’m glad his words get through to Yuya too. Hopefully this means Yuya can push on forward now he realizes he has to prove he’s someone of importance, that he has to be someone who stands out, in order to make people accept him and listen to what he has to say. -

About Reira’s Behavior during episode 68(spoilers)
Before people want to maul the kid, I want you to consider this:
-Kid grew in an enviroment where he couldn’t rely on anyone, so the fact that he even managed to get attached to Reiji is a feat in itself
-He shut down his emotions and will at a very young age, thus halting his emotional development.
-He’s recently discovering his emotions so of course everything will come as rather strong to him.
-He’s very insecure and because of circumstances the kid isn’t getting the reassurement needed.
-It’s normal for kids to feel jealous, Reira’s case is unhealthy because his issues intensify it.
-This kid needs someone to guide him throught this process of discovery, and the emotionally sane people aren’t avaliable at the moment.

No one has talked about Reiji’s mom, Himika yet. As one of the main people who oversaw Reira’s “training” to be a duel soldier, she actually knew about it all and thought it was perfect.
She thought it was OKAY to bring a child who lost his whole being to become a soldier.
She thought it was OKAY to call him a puppet for their plans.Reiji is at fault too but I feel that Himika is way worse in every aspect.

Crow wanted to make sure that his entrance into Arc-V was as awesome as possible.

Tatsuya congratulates Reira on winning and comments that he is like Reiji, which surprises Reira at first. But then he thanks Tatsuya and shows a small smile.
I think this is the first time Reira smiles on-screen. It looks really cute on him. He should smile more often.
