I can’t remember if this happens in the english dub, but Kaiba’s voice DOES change when talking to Mokuba, alone. This is one example. Another is when they get trapped in the virtual world with Noah, and Mokuba expresses fear that they will never get out. Kaiba (smiling) says in a soft voice “Don’t worry. I know how this system works.”
