Heh, yeah, after everything they just went through they definitely wouldn’t want to take some other deck even if it is a copy of some famous duelist. I mean I suppose one of them could have just taken it as a souvenier or something but it’s the principle of it that matters most to them. Nothing can take the place of their own precious decks.
Those three cards are the ones that represented them earlier when Fujisawa was showing Fubuki their fall into despair, but they can also represent hope as well. Ojama Yellow has played a significant part in Manjoume’s growth and how his bonds with his friends have developed. Power Bond of course is representative of Shou’s relationship with his brother and his growth as a duelist in learning to become more respectful. And Doble Passé is representative of Asuka’s commitment to her dueling, how she’s willing to take an attack in order to strike back at her opponent.
