This scene legit made me laugh so hard because I remember scenes in DM where a character would just back up like this but they would take it seriously. But here in GX, they show how absurd it is by literally showing you a different angle and seeing how hilarious it really looks.

You tell him, Asuka! She’s not going to let a bit of darkness scare her.
Him fading into the darkness with his monsters like that kind of reminds me of the Player Killer though. Too bad there’s not a floating castle she can attack and drop on top of him. :\
