Okay, taking the bike I can understand at least since it was his only method of making it across to the city. But why the heck did he have to take Yusei’s card as well? Did he not have his own Red Daemon’s Dragon back then and thought he needed a strong card to start off his new life with?

Well, looks like Yusei’s finally ready to make his run for it. I like how his friends would probably iike for him to pass along some impolite words for Jack from them but they refrain from saying so. They really just want Yusei to come home safely more than anything else.

Wow, that chip really did improve the bike a lot. The engine sounds much better and smoother now than when Yusei revved it the first time.

Hmm, that second picture is from a textless version of the opening I found so it looks like for this first episode they maybe put some sort of filter over Stardust Dragon to partially obscure him since we aren’t supposed to know about him yet.
