I discovered today that the sargasso sea is an area in the atlantic ocean and the bermuda triangle is in part of it
and there are all those conspiracy theories about how the bermuda triangle is linked to alternate dimensions and shit, where ships and planes go and then mysteriously vanish never to be seen again or whatever
and in zexal, sargasso is an alternate dimension (literally, “Sargasso the Different Dimension Battlefield”) where you can clearly see the broken remnants of ships and aircraft carriers
i can’t believe i never noticed this before but it’s so rad

#this is actually a really nice exhibition of difference in characterization #like when judai’s friends get hurt he gets fucking pissed and lashes out #trying to punish whatever hurt his friends #and when yuma’s friends are hurt or killed #yuma falls into despair and loses motivation for anything #sometimes falling into denial and unable to do things #it’s just interesting that these two protags #who are pretty similar in general demeanor #are not the exact same character in their reactions (via @narcissisticjudai)
