Announcing COINHEART, a Yu-Gi-Oh! (all series) internet-based fan band (currently taking applications).
Hi! This is Coinheart. The name comes from the phrase “two sides of the same coin” and the theme of dualism in the Yu-Gi-Oh series.
What do we do? Well, we make (free) music with lyrical content based on events and characters in the Yu-Gi-Oh anime franchise— DM, GX, 5Ds, ZeXal, and soon Arc-V. We currently record only over the internet and do not meet in person, mostly because we live so far away from each other. We want to convey our love of the Yu-Gi-Oh series through music, while expanding on characterization and plot through our lyrics.
Currently we have a lead vocalist, an instrumentalist, and a songwriter, but we need more help! If you are interested and can commit to spending time recording vocals or instrumentals for a Yu-Gi-Oh based band on a regular basis, please, please, PLEASE contact us via ask here. Or contact our songwriter and manager-of-sorts, Ashton, via ask or fanmail here.
If you can’t do music, but would like to draw cover art for our songs/albums, please contact us also!

While working on a thing for a friend I accidentally realized Chaos Xyz Change looked a lot like Digivolution. Sooooo I stopped what I was doing and made this. It’s unfinished but I couldn’t work on it anymore. I’ll finish it up eventually.

GASP!
The last episode of Yu-Gi-Oh! ZeXal arrives on Sunday, and to celebrate another successful entry in the awesome franchise, I’m going to stream the last Duels of all the series, including the last ZeXal episode! I’ll be there, fiddlelid will be there (which is why she’s on the drawings!!1), and you’ll be there too… Right?
