Did y’all think Shay was just a pretty faced little bird brain? Well, yes he is, but it’s more than that.
These three little birdies are representative of stages of a revolution, which in turn represents Shay.
Rise Falcon is Shay’s ultimate ace. In the start of a rebellion, this is shown in Rise Falcon’s low ATK points, believing the monster to be easily destroyed. However Shay can use one of it’s overlay units to activate it’s effect to destroy the enemy’s monster by powering up Rise Falcon.
Blaze Falcon is the war part of a rebellion - uses it’s effect to sneak attacks (attacking the opponent directly), destroys essential assets with nothing in it’s wake (easily able to destroy monsters and inflict damage, his choice).
Revolution Falcon (a personally favourite of mine) is the final stage of a rebellion. Shay can use Revolution Falcon to cause the opponent’s specially summoned monsters ATK to be lowered, and individually destroying the monster while inflicting half of the ATK as damage - the same way you would destroy the enemy’s last chance at coming back, anything that’s allied with them and who happens to be behind the entirety of it all.
Overall these birdies are also reflected to have lived in a rebellion, becoming more simplistic in their design because of lost body parts (Revolution Falcon doesn’t have legs, and Blaze Falcon’s feet look smaller and he doesn’t have arms - look at Rise Falcon) and making them stronger because of their Rank and stronger effects the higher the Rank - the same way Shay fought back against Duel Academy.

So I’m going to JampCon in Tennessee tomorrow and I can pay to have Eric Stuart (voice actor of Seto Kaiba/Brock) or Dan Green (voice actor of Yugi/Atem) record something for me. What should I have them say? Lol. Reply or leave me an ask I would love the input. I’ll post the recording on here, too.
Revised my edit in the 2nd pic to connect the strap with the shoulder cuff into the third pic, based on the fourth as reference from episode 71. Yay/nay? I want it to be closer to realistic haha
