This is something I’ve never really understood about Spiritshippers, and I am one! I mean, sure you can geek out about the fact that it is, in fact, Johan’s mouth saying these words to Judai. At the same time, this person is 100% Yubel because at this point Johan has already been locked up inside the Rainbow Dragon card.
The part that I don’t understand about it is that there is plenty of other canon points to support this pairing, so why do you have to latch onto one of the few things that isn’t actually a support of that pairing? In fact, this is a further push for the canon that is Soulshipping!
I guess what I’m trying to say is that it’s cool to ship Spiritshipping, I just don’t like when people pretend that the Soulshipping is Spiritshipping. It’s weird…The fact that this subtitle is actually totally incorrect renders it moot as support for Soulshipping or Spiritshipping anyways, lol. Yubel/Johan isn’t saying anything about love here, she’s saying ‘aisatsu’ (greeting).
WHIIIICH is kinda why I insist that people watch my updated subs. :P
