Hero Flash!!

The colors here are nice, but I can’t help feeling like I expected a little more from the font here. The sparkly effects, overall shininess, and especially the background illustrate the “flash” part of the name well enough. However, I like the way the cards for the individual letters have some direct interaction with the background (I’m specifically thinking of H and O here). Maybe some kind of combo of all the backgrounds would be more exciting here? But then there’s the issue of it looking too overcrowded/incohesive. I guess my point here is that this feels less like art and more like graphic design.
