I love Yuri so much. He’s so dang cute!

So I’m not gonna bother shading on this one, other than Sora’s face, but I love this Scale so dang much. Yuri is my favorite Yu because of this entire chapter, he just has so many amazing faces and lines. Also, I’d like someone who has no knowledge of the manga or anime to explain what is happening in this scene. I guarantee no one would ever get it right.

Someone very kindly requested this scene so I chose this page, mostly because I just like the panel shapes. The zoom panel especially, just look at those reflections! Like the previous colouring I did spend a bit of time thinking about the pallet, but eventually I came to a decision.
Anyone who’s studied logo design for five minutes knows the McDonald’s logo is red and yellow to make you alert and hungry. But you know what else are yellow and red? Big old warning signs! And in an intense situation like this, Yami was flashing humongous warning signs at himself to holyshitdon’tfuckingupnoworyouandeveryoneelseisdead. Enjoy!

Tried a hand at colouring a page. At the start I had a struggle between realism, atmosphere or looking like the show but in the end atmosphere won. I chose green because it brings out his beautiful crazed eyes and a creepy, sickly vibe. The lighting is based of the impression I got from Yami’s reveal panel, like there is some bright spot light in the pitch black night.
