Well, he calls it the “fifth” dimension, but ARC-V does seem to be the name of the restored Original Dimension.

And yeah, we’ve seen Leo looking into that thing a few times before (notably a few shots during Synchro) so it’s been implied that’s where the carded souls are going.  But SO MUCH IS HAPPENING
