Favorite duel monsters card(s): Winged Kuriboh’s a favorite, but then Judai’s one of my favorite characters, so I also love Elemental Heroes. I’d like to try building a D/D/D deck, too.

I have a question about translation commissions. What about fan comics from pixiv? I have a few in mind I'd like to see translated. (All would be SFW)
Send ‘em my way! I still have to work out a good/reasonable pricing system for translating different things, though. Maybe a quarter for every 10-20 characters? HMM…
(Though it’s funny, I actually look at one series of fanfics on Pixiv to help me with my subs, since a lot of the time they use a lot of the original dialogue haha.)

The blending on Yusei Battle came out a lot better than when I tried it. All in all the selections were spot on. I really liked the choices for right before the commercial cut and when Goku and Piccolo landed. I’m looking forward to what you use for the next episode.
Yep, it worked like a charm! :) Think I just trimmed a quick second or so from the end so it ended a bit quicker. Glad you enjoyed ‘em; that pre-eyecatch scene felt pretty appropriate, though for Goku and Piccolo landing, as well as that alt Fierce Battle works (which I prepped for someone’s 5D’s #1 fandub a while ago [that didn’t go nowhere
also I auditioned as MC wat]), I probably could’ve used Battle from SD2 too. Oh well haha.(via the-azure-wind)

Since you just put out 177 I thought this would be a good time to ask this. When you watched that episode originally did you predict that Judai would use Super Fusion on Neos and Yubel?
When I first saw it? Wow, that was so long ago XD I probably didn’t expect it to happen (I wish I’d saved the episode thread on Janime so I could see my reaction lol), but the end result was cool. There’s also the symbolism, looking at it now, of Winged Kuriboh being what he discarded to Super-Fuse those two; in a way, it’s all his aces “combining” to show how far he’s come.
