I get what you mean though, lol. Thing is, for the karaoke, I like to use the Japanese lyrics as they’re written; it’s why, for “Sunshine/Kaisei” in GX, you’d see “Sailing My Sea” in English–because it’s written out in English without any kana–but “ooshan rainaa” over “ocean liner”–because the lyrics use romaji for it. In that lyric, speed’s written out in romaji while game’s written out in English but with romaji above it, so that’s why I went that way. Which admittedly does make it slightly harder to time the syllables, but idk I feel it’d look weird if, in the line before (“kachimake ja nai saikyou no kaado”), it was “card” in there when they also still pronounce it “kaado.”
That said, he doesn’t actually pronounce the “o” in “maindo” but for consistency, I kept it as “maindo.”
