JC, aka GymLeaderLance99 or GLL99 or Lance99. 32|He/Him|NYC. I fansub GX, work on dub/sub comparisons for 5D's (and GX eventually), and have various other projects going. Expect a mix of YGO stuff (and a little ZeXal and SEVENS [which I'm slowly watching]), with some occasional randomness.Duel Links ID: 537-542-930 | Master Duel ID: 999-767-712

    This explains SO MUCH!

I have been so, so confused about what happened between Judai and Jim between the end of ep 136, and the start of 138(this ep).

Because the dub cut this part of Jim’s memory out. Because, episode 136 ends with Judai, emotionally distraught over what happened to his friends, with Jim the only one still there (O’Brien had taken off after Shou), and then 138 starts and he’s, gone. Poof. With neither Jim nor O’Brien knowing where he was.

And I’ve always been so confused on what happened. Because it seems unlikely that Jim would just, leave Judai there given his emotional and mental state and the fact that Jim is a decent human being.

But this makes so much more sense!

He DID get Judai out of there, and, given a lack of O’Brien in this memory, they’re presumably waiting for him to come back. And at some point, Judai up and left them(probably while they were sleeping) hence why they have no idea where he went.

Fucking dub cutting out fucking important plot information again.

All because, graves and, we can’t show those /s
