Did anyone else notice that Episode 62 never specified whether Marik gave Yugi the Millenium Necklace or the Millenium Rod? If he still has the Necklace, then that means that Marik has Bakura’s soul in the abridged canon even after he supposedly turned good.
That is a huge game changer in terms of how the abridged storyline could play out. I hope to hell that LK takes advantage of this and throws a giant diverging-from-unabridged-canon style plot twist at us where Marik and Bakura team up again. Because that would be AWESOME.
